Chris Kelson - Chief Executive Officer

RiskcheckChris Kelson is Chief Executive Officer of RiskCheck Inc and is responsible for the strategic direction of the group. Prior to forming RiskCheck Chris was Chairman & Chief Executive of a leading firm of International money brokers, and has worked in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York . He has also been a member of the Bank of England Joint Standing Committee ( FX ), and the New York Federal Reserve Foreign Exchange Committee.

 

 


 

Karen O'Connor - President

RiskcheckKaren O'Connor is the President of RiskCheck Inc. and is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University. Ms O'Connor is responsible for marketing RiskCheck's environmental, health and safety interactive risk management systems to property management groups, pension funds, educational facilities as well as manufacturing companies. Ms. O'Connor also oversees portfolio management and client liaison and is directly involved, as Chairman of RiskCheck Systems Division, in the development of new products such as GreenCheck and On-line Training.

 


 

Mathur Variem, B.E.Sc., CRSP - Senior Manager Health & Safety

RiskcheckMathur Variem joined RiskCheck in June 2005. Mathur brings to our team extensive experience in hazard identification and control; conducting safety studies of plant, equipment and systems; task hazard analysis, developing and establishing safety management systems and conducting training. As safety advisor with a major global company (Shell International Petroleum), Mathur has a proven record of improving safety performance. He has conducted ISRS safety audits of factories, petroleum plants in a number of countries and has 15 years experience in technical safety and engineering management.

 


 

David Mably, P. Eng., - Senior Manager Environmental

RiskcheckDavid Mably, P. Eng., is a Senior Engineer/Project Manager who graduated from the University of Toronto in 1986. David has more than 15 years experience in Phase I-III ESAs, environmental management systems, asbestos and environmental-health and safety requirements for all types of facilities and properties. David is responsible for the Environmental Division and involved with contract fiscal budget tracking, job forecasting, development of technical marketing materials and co-ordination of projects and management of junior staff.

 


 

Patricia M. Prohaska, - Administration Manager

RiskcheckPat Prohaska has been with RiskCheck since 1999. Pat has more than 25 years experience in the office administration field. As Administration Manager she is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Other responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable/receivable, administration of the employee benefit plan, meeting records and general office duties.

 


 

Jordan Faust , - Manager, Legislation & Technical Support

RiskcheckJordan joined RiskCheck in June 2004. He obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2001 . Jordan has a specific interest in health, safety and environmental law. Part of Jordan's duties include researching, communicating to staff and incorporating new health, safety and environmental legislation into RiskCheck's interactive system. Jordan is also responsible for managing the RiskCheck technical support team.
