2003 BOMA Calgary

RiskCheck H&S, our health and safety division, jointly with GWL Realty Advisors Inc. (GWLRA), received the BOMA Calgary Innovation Award for 2003 for their Internet-enabled Health & Safety Risk Management System.

This award is aimed at individuals or companies who have developed a uniquely beneficial product or service for the commercial real estate market, have found better ways to specify customer needs, or are doing something ingenious to keep their customers happy.




2003 business Achievement Award

Our environmental division RiskCheck Environmental, formerly Environmental Auditors (Canada) Ltd. (EACL) received the 2003 Business Achievement Award from the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce. This was presented in recognition of their environmental containment achievements, marketing innovation, and community relations.

The Chamber of Commerce describes the award as "Excellence is the only qualification. "The achievements recognized in honouring these companies can include sales growth, increased employment, product innovation, technological advancements and general entrepreneurial skill. We expect nominees to be good corporate citizens and the judges will also consider accomplishments in areas such as solvency, profitability, environmental responsibility and sound employee relations. The Business Achievement Awards are not judged by specific category - simply the best 6 nominations are selected."
